Be kind to yourself!

Happy Blogmas day 2! Yesterday was day 1 of my weight loss journey mission of trying to lose up to 10 pounds by New Year’s Eve! I was able to fast for 14.5 hours and got to 10,315 steps! Not going to lie it was not easy! Usually I would do 4k to 8k steps a day since I stopped working out so it was a mission for sure! Now my water intake wasn’t as good as I wanted it to be but that’s ok! I’m learning that I shouldn’t be so hard on myself as long as I am trying. I drank about 80 oz of water not including tea and coffee I had throughout the day. I went to bed so exhausted and woke up so tired this morning as well but I know it’ll take my body some time to get use to working out again!
